Return Policy
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
(1) You can cancel your order within 12 hours of the order date and time. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our inquiry desk.
(2 ) Cancellations after delivery will only be accepted if the shipped product is defective or different from the ordered product (only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product). Generally, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience, so please choose carefully when ordering.
(3) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for the following products:
・Opened or used products
・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
・Products without packaging (bags or cases)
・Custom-made products, products with names, and other products that have been specially processed for customers
- Any other products that are clearly stated on the product introduction page as not being returnable (please contact our customer service for details)
(4) If the product has an obvious defect or is the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. If you are not satisfied with the product or if you wish to return or exchange the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
