4. When you finish adding all desired items to the cart, click the “Proceed to Cart” button.

5. WorldShopping Checkout Page Appears

Select your country/region and click the “Next” button.

Check the box to agree to the terms and notices.

6. Enter Your Shipping Information and complete your order

＜Fee＞

WorldShopping charges a 10% service fee based on the total product price (which includes the item price and any domestic shipping costs within Japan).

Once your items arrive at the WorldShopping warehouse, you’ll receive a second payment request that includes international shipping, handling, and any other applicable fees (if any).

Total Product Price=(Product Price + Domestic Shipping Fee in Japan).

Order

Do you offer gift-wrapping?

All of our products come in presentation-ready packaging: items are either packed in a gift box, or tableware is delivered in a reusable linen pouch, making them suitable for gifting as they are. While we do not offer ribbon wrapping, we can add a logo-branded rubber band to the gift box upon request. If you would like this option, please let us know in the notes section when placing your order.

We also offer specially packaged gift sets for tableware, which are wrapped in gift boxes and available on our gift collection page.

I don't see the "Add to Cart" button.

Please check these following possibilities.
1. The items are out of stock.
2. The items are not eligible for global shipping.

How much is the shipping cost within Japan?

When the total price of the products is 10,000 yen or more (including tax): Free shipping
When the total price of the products is less than 10,000 yen (including tax): 500 yen (including tax) for shipping fee.

Do you ship to Japan?

Yes, we do. If you wish to have your order shipped to Japan, please order directly from hide k 1896 online store without using the WorldShopping cart.
In order to do so, please click on "Do not use WorldShopping service" and disable the WorldShopping cart.

*The "Close" button only folds the WorldShopping cart into a smaller size and will not disable it. Please be sure to click "Do not use WorldShopping service."

How many days does it take from order to delivery?

We usually ship within 2 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
