Shipping Policy

Products will be shipped from the hide k 1896 flagship store in Omotesando, Tokyo.

・Shipping is a flat rate of 500 yen. If you purchase over 10,000 yen (tax included), shipping is free.

After placing your order, we will ship it within 1 to 3 business days.

-Delivery is only available within Japan.

Notes on delivery
1. Delivery may be delayed if there is a large number of orders for popular items or if the item is temporarily out of stock.
2. You can freely specify the delivery address, such as your home or workplace.
*You can specify a billing address for gifts, etc. In that case, please specify the address that matches the card or payment method.
*You can only specify one delivery address per order, so if you wish to have multiple delivery addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
3. In principle, general products will be delivered to the front door of the specified delivery address (please note that delivery to the front door may not be possible in some areas).
4. Some items may be delivered to your mailbox.
5. If the address is unknown or you are absent for a long period of time at the time of delivery, the product will be returned to Omotesando, Tokyo, depending on the storage time of the delivery company. Therefore, it may take some time for the product to be delivered again. Please confirm your address or specify the delivery date in the comments section in advance.
